Bruce Cran, President, North Side Conservative Group, joins the Saturday broadcast to talk about the interesting political aspects of Doug Ford’s campaign promise to build an all-weather road through the Detroit River. Cran was also a guest on the Friday broadcast, where he showed reporters where the former campaign trail road was that Doug Ford has declared he will replant.
Bruce also discussed the possibility of the city having to pay for a new bridge for Detroit if Ford does not get this done, if it is not done, he says there is a high likelihood the bridge will cost the federal government and the people of Detroit trillions of dollars. Cran says this is more reason for Doug Ford to forge ahead to build this project for the City of Detroit, something that will help drive tax revenues to the City of Detroit and put people to work in the construction of the new road.
